Store the box in a dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures. Dust it occasionally with a soft, dry cloth. If the wood ever looks dull, you can lightly buff it with a small amount of natural beeswax or food-safe wood oil—but this is optional and only needed when you feel the finish could use a refresh. Avoid abrasive cleaners and never soak the box in water.
The custom letter patterns are made from solid brass, a metal known for its rich, elegant finish. If you prefer copper, silver, or other metals, feel free to contact us—we're happy to customize.
For brass, avoid contact with water. Simply use a soft cotton cloth to clean. Over time, brass naturally oxidizes and darkens—this aging process adds character. If you'd like to restore its shine, a quick rub

Please note that we cannot change the delivery address once the order has been shipped. However, if you contact us as soon as possible, we may still be able to redirect your package.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders, including insurance against theft, loss, or damage. For other orders, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically based on your location.
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment. For logistical reasons, your order may arrive in multiple partial deliveries.
